The Basics
Before registering with us, please be sure to read over this section carefully, as it will explain just how all this
works. We wouldn't want you registering for a service you had no information about, so here is a synopsis of just
what happens here at Black Moon Galleries.

1. Registration

At the bottom of this page, you will have the option to proceed and fill out our registration form. It's nothing complicated
But please be sure to fill in all the required fields, which are marked with an asterisk ( * ). You also at this time will
get to decide what is shown on your user page. You will be able to change this information, and any other information that
you submit with no hassle. After you submit your registration, please be patient. We ask that you allow up to two (2)
business days for us to review and process your registration request. If your registration is accepted, you will receive a
confirmation email from us with instructions on how to set up your account and other specifics. In the event that your
registration is not accepted, you will recieve an email with an explanation of why, and what might be done for you to
successfully register with us.

2. Submitting Works

After your registration has been accepted, you will be able to submit your works to us for inclusion on the site. If you are
submitting photographs, digital artwork and the like, please be sure to follow the guidelines in our Print Guide. Please be
aware that we may still need to adjust and crop pictures to give your artwork the best look possible. If you are offering
other items for sale, such as pottery, jewelry, sculpture and other things that we will not be in possession of, you will need
to submit a clear picture of the item(s) you wish to sell. At this time, all submissions must be sent by email to
submissions@blackmoongalleries.com.

3. Pricing and Selling

When you submit your works to us, you will also be able to set your prices for each item. If you are submitting photographs
or digital art you will need to set your price at least $1.00 U.S. over the base cost. Base costs for prints can be found here.
If you are submitting other works for sale that do not have a base cost, you can set the price at whatever you wish, though the
minimum price will be $1.00 U.S. If you are submitting multiple sizes for the same piece (e.g. 4x5, 8x10, 11x14 of a photo or
8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch of a clay pot) then you will need to submit a different price for each size of the item.

When an item you have posted sells, there are two things that can happen. If the item is a photograph or digital print, we
will take care of all the details, including printing and shipping. All you have to do is sit back and make art (and money).
If the item that sold is one in your possession, then you will be responsible for shipping that item to the buyer.

4. Getting Paid

Depending on what you choose, you can get paid either at the end of the month or the beginning of the month. The beginning
and ends of each month will constitute five (5) business days both after the first of the month or before the last calendar
day of the month. You may choose to be paid either by company check mailed directly to you, or by having the money directly
deposited into a PayPal account. Company checks will be drawn on a U.S. bank and may take a while to get to you, especially
if you reside outside of the United States, so it may be advisable to use the PayPal option. If you do not have a PayPal
account, you may create one for free at www.paypal.com. Please also note that there may be a fee associated when withdrawing
funds from a PayPal account to an international bank. Black Moon Galleries is not responsible for these charges.

You will receive 80% of the profits above the base cost of your prints. For instance, if the base cost of the print was $10.00 US,
and you sold it for $20.00 US ($10.00 US base cost + $10.00 US your price), you would receive 80% of the profit over the base cost,
or $8.00 US. If you are selling a piece of art in your possession which does not require us to make a print, such as jewelry, scuplture
or metal work, you will receive 80% of the total profits from the sale, since there is no base price for these items.
